Description:

As part of an RFP for the sale of a City-owned building to a private developer, Studio S Squared developed this concept package to illustrate the adaptive reuse potential of this prominent corner site and existing commercial building.

The new residential block complements the existing historic art deco retail building with its scale and detailing.
