Originally built as part of retail complex including the original post office of the historic City of Niles (now part of Fremont, California), this building required significant attention to reclaim its historic character.

The scope of work included a detailed survey of deferred maintenance items, new parapets and wood siding, new signage and lighting, and a new color scheme for the exterior.
