Originally built as a meeting hall for the I.O.O.F., this building has been owned and occupied for the last four decades by Hank Coca’s Downtown Furniture.

Featuring detail and articulation not usually seen on buildings in San Jose’s historic downtown core, this prominent building has been named a City of San Jose Landmark. The scope of work included a detailed survey of deferred maintenance items, recommendations on selected structural repair, and a vibrant new color scheme for the exterior.
