Description:

The stately building at 101 West Santa Clara Street was built in 1914 as offices for the YMCA. The exterior envelope was in surprisingly good condition, enabling us to dedicate the project’s modest funds to a careful prep and paint job with an energetic color scheme reflective of the City-sponsored entrepreneurial incubator inside.
