Project Name:
VILLA ALMENDRA PHASE I
Program:
17 new single family attached homes.
Description:
To maintain the single-family residential character of the site’s immediate neighbors, the design breaks the program up into 5 different buildings of three units each and one building with two units.
Tower elements celebrate the prominence of the site in this established neighborhood just south of downtown. All units feature two car private garages and are entered either from the street or from a private paseo. Community gardens and a tot-lot create a space for the residents to congregate and raise both their children and vegetables.
