Description:
The clients were inspired by California Craftsman architecture, which informed the design approach both for the interior and exterior.
The house features an open plan, with public spaces and the master suite at the ground floor. The upstairs features 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths, and laundry. Decorative molding is used liberally throughout the house. The exterior features built-up porch columns, window trim, and roof brackets in the Craftsman style.
