Description:

By carefully rehabilitating an existing 1 story, fire damaged structure, we were able to avoid the contentious demolition process in San Francisco. A series of room-sized outdoor spaces bring ample light into the house and provide additional living area in what is one of San Francisco’s sunniest neighborhoods. The kitchen, master bedroom, master bathroom, exercise room, and one of the upstairs bedrooms all open directly onto outdoor spaces. Each outdoor space features landscaping and outdoor furniture appropriate to its solar orientation and programmatic function.
