New 889 s.f. second floor addition, first floor addition of 167 s.f., and miscellaneous interior remodeling in an existing single family residence.

Description:

By moving the secondary bedrooms upstairs, the existing ground floor space was freed up for reconfiguration as public area. The former bedrooms were converted to dining space, a new master closet, stair, and powder room. The existing master bedroom, master bath, kitchen, and garage had been recently remodeled, and were incorporated into the new design as-is.

The new addition at the ground floor contains a new formal living room, which also helped improve the front elevation. The new second story contains 3 bedrooms and a new bath.
