Description:

A contributing structure to the National Register District in San Jose’s historic downtown core, this building suffered from a great deal of deferred maintenance, and a poorly done recent storefront remodel. The scope of work included a detailed survey of deferred maintenance items, new signage, ADA accessibility, tile, windows, and paint.
