Description:
A contributing structure to the National Register District in San Jose’s historic downtown core, this building suffered from a great deal of deferred maintenance, an insensitive seismic retrofit, and a drab appearance. The scope of work included a detailed survey of deferred maintenance items, new signage, new custom windows, and paint.
